Desvac Dovac automatic injector which stands for Day Old Vaccination is developed and manufactured by Desvac for the injection of Day Old chicks. Syringes for dose of 0.1ml, 0.2ml and 0.5ml are available. Dovac are suitable for the administration of live vaccines (Marek Disease), killed vaccines (ND Inactivated), antibiotics or vitamins. an average vaccination speed of 2,500-3,000 birds per hour can be reached. The machine is delivered with a total counter and pre-set counter, the later is used to count the number of birds vaccinated per chick box. A special push button to reset this counter has been conveniently positioned in the cover plate of the machine. Desvac has worked many years on this machine and during design of the Dovac special attention was paid to the machine's reaction speed and ergonimics. Dovac works on compressed air and has two (auto-purge) air filters to ensure that the air used in the machine is as clean as possible. Necessary adjustments to the machine settings have been kept to a minimum. Dovac Single & Double are supplied with Ceva logo on the cover plate as shown above.

Dovac Single

• Dovac Single works with one standard Dovac syringe.

• Dovac Double works with one standard Dovac syringe and one special double shot syringe comes automatically with the connector for the sterile connection tube.
